Client Responsibilities
Hunting / Fishing License, Big Game Tags. Lodging & meals in town before and/or after the hunt or due to delays beyond our control. Shipping expenses regarding trophies and meat.
Confirmation via deposit and final payment in timely fashion, gratuities and personal expenditures.

Payment Structure
A 50% deposit is required to confirm hunts. On the Fall hunts, the remaining balance is due on or before August 1st, and on the Spring Bear hunts, the balance is due on or before March 1st. Deposits are not refundable in the case of cancellation later than 120 days prior to hunt dates. However, 50% of a cancellation hunt deposit prior to 120 days may be applied toward a hunt for the following year. Deposits are 100% refundable if cancelling party fills vacancy.

Camps & Equipment
All equipment used in hunting operation is of the highest quality available to date. Base camps consist of wall tents and the military expedition tents, with sleeping cots and wood stoves. The spike camps consist of top quality lightweight tents such as the NorthFace. All camps are located in remote areas and game is routinely spotted from camp.

Upon request I will provide you with a Fishing Reference list to assure yourself of the quality of service.

3.

Establish firm commitments from your party with a timely deposit.

4.

Upon receipt of your deposit, I will send a confirmation packet.

How Do We Get There?

Fly from your local area to Anchorage, Alaska. Then from Anchorage, you can choose either a 30 minute flight, or a 3 hour scenic drive to the Kenai-Soldotna area.

What About Our Fish?

Your salmon & halibut will be professionally processed to suit your taste.
Your filleted, canned or smiked fish will be boxed and bailed and will go with you as luggage.
Taxidermy service is available.
For Rainbow Trout, we promote hook & release fishing.
